How long does delivery take?

Delivery can take from 3 days to 3 weeks, all our mirrors are handcrafted and made to order.  The more detailed the image the longer the time spent on it. We will advise you by email when you should expect delivery. If you need the mirror in a hurry then please let us know and we can see if we can make it a priority.

Can the mirror be posted outside the UK?

Yes. Please be advised that if you reside outside the UK, postage will be higher. It is advised to contact us for the full cost of mirror and postage before purchasing a mirror.

You don't have the design I want.

Here at Mirror-designz.com we can do ANY design for your mirror (well within reason). If we don't have the one you require then just send us a picture of the image via email to mirror-designz@hotmail.co.uk for your free personal quote.

Can I return my mirror?

We do not accept returns on personalised mirrors. The return of non-personalised mirror must be done within 14 days of receipt.  Once we receive the mirror, you will receive a full refund.  Return postage will be at the buyer's expense.  We require that you possess proof of postage.

Can the mirrors be framed?

The mirror that are sized 30cm by 30cm are unframed.  We do offer framed mirrors in the size of 70cm by 70cm.

 What colours can I have the Rhinestones in?

We have every colour of the rainbow and in different shades, just let us know if you want a dark or light colour.

What happens once I have placed my order?

Once you have placed your order, you will receive an email from us confirming your order and advising of an expected delivery date.

Do you accept postal orders and cheques as payment?

Although Pay pal is the preferred method of payment we do accept postal orders and cheques. If paying by cheque, your order will be posted when the cheque has cleared.  Please ensure Cheques are made payable to mirror-designz.com and sent to 72 West Main Street, Broxburn, West Lothian, Scotland, EH52 5LG.
